Fish
All fish include driftwood. Fish are mounted on hand carved forms to closely match original in shape and size. Detailed airbrushing paint and sealing with two-part polyurethane gloss coat. Reproductions are molded from real fish and are very life-like.
Field Care
Avoid stringers and prevent the fish from flopping around the boat. Lay the fish out flat with fins laid against the body. Wrap with a wet towel, then again with a plastic bag. The wet towel freezes solid and protects the fins from damage and insulates against freezer burn. If you want a fiberglass replica of a released fish, measure overall length (tip of nose to tip of closted tail) and girth at the largest point. These measurements should be done as quick as possible to assure the released fish will survive.
